We are searching for Ropo Capital Group an individual who enjoys working in a multinational environment, is good building cross-border connections within the organization and especially enjoys working with numbers. You already have relevant working experience and your aim and passion is to constantly develop your professional skills in the field of finance. You’re located either at our Group headquarters in Kuopio or at our offices in Stockholm or Gothenburg. You’ll report to Group CFO and work closely with our country level financial teams and group accounting team.
Your day-to-day work consists mainly of
Consolidate and reconcile monthly management reports of the Ropo group
Gather and consolidate other business-related data
Develop group reporting tools and reporting processes
Utilize our internal BI-systems to gather and prepare financial presentations
Preparing monthly KPI-reports on a group level
Work closely with country level financial and Business Controllers, Analysts, and BI-professionals
Coordinate external auditors work on a group level
Coordinate the financial statement processes on country levels
Drive development to unify the group level accounting, reporting and internal control processes
What we expect from you
Higher degree from finance/accounting
Fluent English. Skills in any Nordic languages in seen as a plus
Working experience within financial processes, group level and cross border experience is seen as an advantage
Experience from reporting and BI-tools and very good Excel skills
Basic knowledge of IFRS, tax and transfer pricing related principles
Ability to perform under deadlines
Consistent, constructive and cooperative way of working
